Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Milk VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the App or associated trademarks without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may cause failure or additional security risk.

The Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also bound by the applicable terms of those providers.

Service limitation notice: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, poor signal quality, or carrier issues. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Failure caused by device battery depletion, system restrictions, or third-party service issues is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses caused by such information. The App may release updates to maintain compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services within reasonable bounds; after termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services, software licenses, and subscription rights are generally treated as final once delivered, and no no-reason refund will be accepted.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test free access, trial benefits, or available documentation before purchasing, so device compatibility and route performance can be evaluated first.

Customer Support: If you encounter connection, installation, or account issues, contact our support team and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Technical Issues: Occasional technical faults may affect use. We will work to resolve them, but an isolated fault does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, or abused without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Changes take effect when published.
