This Privacy Policy explains how Milk VPN (the 'Service Provider,' 'Service,' or 'we') handles personal information when you download, install, or use the mobile VPN accelerator application (the 'App'). The Service is provided as is, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user privacy.

When you launch the App, we may collect operational data necessary to provide the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes, Milk VPN may process approximate device location information. This information is used to: 1. suggest connections based on node distribution; 2. improve regional stability through anonymized aggregate data; and 3. send important service, security, or product notices through your reserved email or account.

We transmit anonymized aggregate data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, only for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except for legal process, regulatory requirements, user safety needs, or service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, we do not voluntarily disclose your personal information to third parties. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App using the standard process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such data was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Guardians may contact us at the same email address for assistance.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of regulatory requirements, service changes, or security needs. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
